Shipping Policy 邮寄条款

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within seven (7) of working days.

Shipping Delivery Lead Time estimation:

订购后何时可以拿到商品？

若订单内商品皆有库存，商品将于7个工作天内出货，顾客将在出货后:

*(只限于西马主要城镇地区 ，不包括出版社调货时间)

若订单内商品属于“海外库存”，结账后我们会为您进货：

•  选择“空运”快邮服务，商品将以“空运”的方式运送我国。预计14-30个工作天内可收到商品。空运费1本RM15。
  
  
• 选择 “海运”，需时约6-8个星期。无运费。

*特别说明：

• 若有无法预期的状况发生，例如Covid-19疫情、船务延误问题、缺货需较长的调货时间等，将会影响货到时间。
• 顺丰速运SF Express目前拒绝接收宗教书籍寄中国大陆的邮包，顾客请选择其他的邮寄公司，如：TNT、EMS、FedEx、aramex等。
• 大马邮政公司宣布，从即日起，暂时中止所有往中国的邮寄服务。该公司脸书发布通告，基于中国冠状病毒病疫情影响，导致员工出现短缺及机场货柜停摆，因此，大马邮政决定暂停所有前往中国的邮寄服务，直至另行通知为止。
  

备注：包裹配送时间和邮寄条规，一切遵照该邮寄公司的条例。

Self-collection 自行提货:
所有自行提货之顾客将在货品预备好后接获 Whatsapp 或 电邮通知前来提取您的货品。提货地点： 179 JALAN IMPIAN EMAS 22, TAMAN IMPIAN EMAS, 81300 SKUDAI, JOHOR. 提货时间：星期二 到·星期六 （早上10.30 - 下午5.30，午休时间：1点 - 2点）星期一没有提货服务

Return and Refund Policy

1) For damaged Items and wrong items shipped, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

2) Refund timing to a credit card/prepaid card depends on the issuer of the card. The refund can take up to 30 days to process based on the policy of the issuer.

退货、退款条款：

什么情况下才可以索取退款？
1. 商品损坏
2. 商品不对
*备注：请把商品原封不动寄回书坊，若发现商品已损坏，顾客需承担。其他原因一概无法退款。

就以上两个情况，您必须在收到货的24小时内，通知客服011-51201129 或 电邮[email protected] 并且提供清晰照片、订单号码、顾客姓名和电话号码。
经审查无误后：

• 使用E-wallet & Online Banking付款： 7-10工作天内会收到退款。（由网店财务部作退款）
• 使用Ipay88 Credit Card或debit card付款：30天内收到退款（由Ipay88作退款）
